Raven & Rose Vape takes great care in the products offered and the delivery methods we use. If you are unhappy with an order you have received please contact us immediately (within 7 days).
If your items have been damaged during the delivery process please keep or photograph the packaging that the items were delivered in, this assists us in our communication with the delivery company to sort out any claims.
For items returned due to a manufacturing fault, we will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. In the event of a faulty item, we will replace or repair in the first instance. A refund will be offered if no replacement or suitable exchange is available to you.
If you change your mind on a purchase, exchanging goods is at the discretion of Raven & Rose Vape. Please note that goods that are to be exchanged must be in a saleable condition and be accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
